My background is in graphic design, a career I always enjoyed for it's freedom of artistic expression and the opportunity to create compelling design
that positively affected the viewer. I've also always wanted to be of service to others, and in coaching I've found a way to make that desire a reality.
Coaching was, for me, an eye opener. While I had always been a positive person, I occasionally struggled with my habitual responses
to some situations, and a lack of movement in general in areas of my life I really wanted to change. Being coached changed all that.
I am still amazed at how effective positive coaching is, and how incredibly resourceful clients are.
If you are struggling with conflict resolution, relationship challenges, loss, adjustment to change, lack of motivation, or health / eating struggles, I can help you!
Working with my clients to help them overcome longstanding issues, achieve their goals and make lasting changes is the most rewarding thing ever.
Coaching is future-focused. I like that. We are moving forward, after all, and while we can learn from the past, our focus should be on what is in front of us.
Coaching does not include advising or counseling, but focuses instead
on individuals or groups setting and reaching their own objectives.
So you decide what you want to do, and you (with help from me)
discover ways to make positive change happen.
I have been both gratified and humbled by the amazing outcomes
my clients have experienced. Coaching affords clients the opportunity to
dream, envision, grow, push past boundaries and achieve results
they often do not imagine possible. It requires a commitment from both
the coach and client, working together to slough off limiting beliefs and
old ways of being, and in doing so allowing the client to truly claim their future.
I have great faith in the integrity of the coaching process,
and in my ability to be of value to anyone who is
motivated enough to want to change... anything.
While I am working towards achieving my certification,
my primary focus is on logging paid client hours.
So for a limited time, I am waiving my usual $175 / session* fee:
if you book and prepay 10 sessions, I’ll let you decide what I should be paid.
That's right: there is no minimum per session, just the requirement that you
book 10 sessions and pay in advance. This is an invaluable opportunity
for anyone who is curious about professional coaching or who has
wanted to try coaching but wasn't sure if it would be right for them.
This is a limited time offer. Please contact me for more information.
*Sessions typically last between 40-60 minutes and are conducted
via telephone, Zoom or Skype at a time that is convenient for you.
When I first heard about the idea of coaching with Marny I was intrigued, but also a bit anxious about the coaching process. I was unsure what types of problems I should talk about which would make the best use of the time and process. But by the end of the first session I was delighted with the help I received! The coaching helped decrease the emotional angst I had surrounding my issues. I was able to develop strategies to overcome my issues and thereby I felt more in control of my life. I highly recommend Marny. She is very easy to talk to and is patient, warm and caring, all very desirable qualities in a coach.

Marny has been my coach for several months. I truly appreciate the safe and comfortable environment she creates to allow me to really explore my areas of focus. She provides the right balance of challenge which helps me have full ownership and accountability about the action plans I develop. I have noticed positive shifts in personal growth and have already reached many of my goals. — Stacie Wilkinson
I have been coaching with Marny for nine months now with life changing results. Through our sessions together she has encouraged me to identify what's really important to me and has supported me to stay present and accountable as I take the steps to get there. Marny's realness, honesty and warm hearted humour are what sets her apart from other coaches and I would recommend her to anyone seeking authenticity and integrity in a coach!
